The Records & Information Analyst's (Level 1) Primary role is to support the operations team and the document management system via related procedures that allow organizations to capture, store, retrieve, share, and destroy electronic records and documents.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in training program to learn :
Document recognition and identifying data elements
Document regulatory standardsVarious file receiving services and methods such as FTP, SFTP, and SSHComplete tasks related to client account document audits, per the directive of the Records & Information Team LeadEvaluate documents to ensure they meet regulatory standardsAccurately enter data related to documents into a tracking spreadsheets or other tracking toolsRetrieve documents through portals / systemsFollow document / company team requirements for confidentiality of documents for assigned projectsMeet document collection quality standards and timelinesEducation and Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may supersede2-3 years' experience as a document control specialist or similar roleGood working knowledge of Microsoft suite software; specifically, ExcelAnalytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to communicate fluently in EnglishOrganized and able to manage multiple activities timely and with a high degree of accuracyStrong attention to detailBenefits
