Medical Customer Service Representative

Description

This person will be hired to work on a dedicated team for one specific insurance company. They will have calls coming in all day, no set number of calls. Must be comfortable adhering to a script.

This person will be :

• Gather medical histories
• Review and edit information collected during the interview for quality assurance purposes.
• NO SELLING in this role

Skills & Qualifications

Customer Service or Call Center Experience

High School diploma or GED

Typing above 35 WPM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr.
