Salary Range : $85,000 - $100,000

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Finance Operations Supervisor to join our growing Finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong foundation in accounting, a passion for analytics, and a drive to improve systems and processes. You will supervise two Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialists and play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, streamlining operations, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based in Columbus, OH. It is also considered a potential stepping stone for future leadership opportunities within the Finance and Accounting organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including supervision of AP / AR staff
• Manage weekly transaction accounting and monthly close processes
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business operations and leadership insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance data accuracy and streamline workflows
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools
• Document and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Review hourly payroll and expense reports weekly
• Provide coaching and developmental support to finance team members
