Maintenance / Custodial Person
The Maintenance / Custodial Person assists our management team in achieving and maintaining gold standard expectations of the interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness, as well as general equipment maintenance duties. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training you need to succeed.
The Maintenance / Custodial Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :
- Filtering oil fryers daily
- Maintaining outside grounds
- Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- Unload delivery truck weekly
- Trash Duties
- Change light bulbs
- Clean HVAC / Exhaust units and roof of debris
- General Cleanliness
