We are currently seeking a full-time Director of Plant Operations to join our team. The Director of Plant Operations is responsible for the daily operations of the plant and facility management. This individual is responsible for the Environment of Care management to include Safety, Security, Hazardous Materials and Waste, Emergency Preparedness, Life Safety, Medical Equipment and Utility Systems programs. Additionally, the Director of Plant Operations serves as the Safety Officer and oversees the Environmental Services, Dietary, Communications, Transportation, Purchasing, and IT Departments. The Director of Plant Operations develops programs in compliance with established Environment of Care standards and conducts regular surveillance to ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of such programs consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Fairmount Behavioral Health System and regulating agencies.
