Job : Trusts, Estates & Fiduciary Litigation Associate Attorney (Long Island)

Location : Long Island, NY (In-office MF, with potential to WFH 1 day / week)

Experience : 35 years litigation

Salary : $140,000$180,000 + performance-based bonus

What Youll Do :

• Engage in full-cycle litigation including motion practice, depositions, court appearances, and discovery
• Work directly with partners and clients on sophisticated estate and trust disputes
• Become a go-to advisor in Surrogates Court litigation and fiduciary controversies
