Location : Taunton, MA (110 Prince Henry Dr)

Shift : 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 30 PM EST, second shift

Role Overview :

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operations in our hummus production facility. This role is vital to maintaining equipment, optimizing processes, and minimizing downtime during the critical second‑shift period.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery (mixers, pumps, conveyors).

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

Perform quality checks to ensure machinery meets safety and production standards.

Keep detailed maintenance logs and report recurrent issues to management.

Collaborate with operations and quality teams to prioritize repairs and improvements.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support lean manufacturing practices.

Qualifications & Skills :

High school diploma or equivalent; technical / vocational training preferred.

Proven experience in industrial equipment maintenance, preferably in food production.

Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently during your shift.

Flexibility to address after-hours maintenance issues as needed.
