In this role, you will be the face of Surge Staffing in your community by leading sales initiatives, cultivating relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Developing strategic sales plans for at least 30 target accounts.
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities through proactive outreach, sales calls, competitive analysis, presentations, and networking.
• Managing active, inactive, and prospective accounts both independently and in collaboration with branch staff and leadership.
• Serving as the primary sales resource for targeted accounts, creating and maintaining detailed account plans.
• Partnering with branch and corporate teams to expand product knowledge and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
• Supporting the sales process to shorten the cycle and achieve revenue goals.
• Analyzing client needs and aligning them with SURGE's workforce solutions.
• Building brand recognition through active participation in community and networking events.
• Maintaining accurate sales activity records and delivering timely reports.
• Delivering responsive, solutions-focused customer service.
