Pay Information $400 to $415 per hour About The Position Interventional Radiology Physician, Locums - Colorado Radiology assignment in Colorado with no call and minimal reads, focused on high-impact procedures. Highlights - No call required; maximize personal time between shifts - Onsite assignment, 10 days / month through end of year - Majority procedural focus, limited diagnostic reads - Open to IMLC physicians, Colorado license not required Practice Setting - Mix of inpatient and outpatient - Diagnostic imaging is largely handled by offsite group - Infinitt PACS, Meditech EMR, MModal dictation - Radiology department performs 34,000 studies annually - Advanced imaging technology including 3D mammography and wide bore MRI Schedule - 10 days / month through end of year; ongoing PRN - Compact scheduling : 3 days one week, 2 days the next - 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm - No nights or weekends required Cases and Procedures - Focused on lung, liver, and bone biopsies - Comprehensive breast procedures including 2D / 3D prone biopsies - Fluoro-based GI studies : esophagrams, barium swallows - Technical interventions : thoracentesis, paracentesis - Equipment includes Savvy stereo devices and Scout guidance tools Requirements - Board Certified in Interventional Radiology or Radiology - Active CO license or IMLC LOQ - Case logs required for credentialing - Available to start by September 2025 Travel Accommodations - Travel and lodging covered Ready to line up a fall assignment that lets you focus on procedures without the pressure of high-volume reading?
