RETRAC Enterprises, INC is seeking a Licensed Therapist for a new mental health clinic opening in Milwaukee. At RETRAC Enterprises, INC, we have more than a mission statement. We have a mission! The Licensed Therapist is responsible for maintaining an outpatient psychotherapy caseload while assisting in designing and implementing a day treatment program focusing on stabilizing and improving mental health while assisting individuals to cope with obstacles experienced in everyday life.

Specific duties include the following :

  • Performs assessment and identifies treatment needs of consumers served.
  • Develops and monitors a treatment plan for each consumer based on mutually identified needs.
  • Provides ongoing individual and group therapy to address treatment needs of each consumer served.
  • Provides information and referrals to resources and other community professionals as needed.
  • Documents assessments, individual and group therapy sessions, and discharge sessions in the electronic health record.
  • Serves as part of a team to develop and implement a day treatment program for individuals having a wide variety of mental health issues.

Professional and Technical Knowledge Required :

  • Must be licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in the State of Wisconsin
  • 1-2 years of experience providing individual / group therapy to individuals with mental health issues including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and psychosis.
  • Skilled in the use of evidenced based and trauma informed therapies.
  • Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problems solving expertise but also work as a member of a team.
  • Must be comfortable in the use of an electronic health record and Microsoft 365.

    • Job Type :

    Full time : (32-40 hours a week)

    Shift : (8 : 30 A.M.-4 : 30 P.M., Monday-Friday; no evening / weekend or on-call)

    Work Setting : (clinic / remote)

    Compensation : Negotiable based on experience
