Accounting Clerk
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk with strong travel coordination experience. The ideal candidate will assist with general accounting tasks while managing travel arrangements for large groups, including hotel accommodations and transportation logistics.
Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements
Support general accounting duties such as data entry, filing, and reconciliations
Coordinate travel arrangements for groups, including hotels, flights, and ground transportation
Communicate with vendors and travelers to confirm itineraries and resolve issues
Maintain accurate travel and expense records
Assist with event and meeting logistics as needed
Requirements :
Previous experience coordinating travel arrangements
2-3 years of accounting or administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
