Job Title

U.S. Bank is adding to our Titling team to provide support on title requests for our customers and sales team.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all title information and details are accurate on any one title asset task. - Verifies, processes, and documents information relating to all aspects of standard and non-standard collateral and loan documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy. - Releases collateral when loan is satisfied or no longer needed. - Accomplishes tasks within designated time frame and provides high quality customer service by responding to customer inquiries, requests and problems. Researches and resolves problems and errors with accounts. - Assisting in outstanding title follow up with customers by taking incoming phone calls, answering emails where customers respond to letter mailed to them. - Assist with matching our electronic records with our service provider platform - Assisting with lien add requests by working with state DMV locations. - Assisting with monthly projects on unidentified electronic titles, and paper titles in the cabinets.

The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
