Position Summary :

  • Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated DSP to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with disabilities and a strong understanding of behavioral support.
  • This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our members.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in a day program setting.
  • Implement individualized support plans, including behavioral interventions and ABA techniques.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Facilitate recreational and leisure activities.
  • Transport members to and from appointments and outings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.

    • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a day program setting.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral support and ABA principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    • Client will need assistance with some daily living skills, eating assistance, transportation from home and into the community to engage in community connections.  Schedule :
