About The Position

Job Description & Requirements

Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

StartDate : ASAP

Available Shifts : 9.5 D

Pay Rate : $2585.22 - $2832.74

3 of the days will have 5 evaluations and 8 returns = 13 patients

1 day will have 4 evals and 8 returns, = 12 patients

Each week will have 5.5 hours of patient management time, (PMT)

Each week will have a 30 minute huddle / in-service scheduled.

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Outpatient

Experience : 2 years

Licenses : PT-CA

Certifications : BLS-AHA

SSN Required

DOB Required
