In this role as a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical part in coordinating care for patients through collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include providing direct patient care and utilizing the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to improve patient outcomes.
