Senior Revenue Accountant

The Senior Revenue Accountant ensures accurate and compliant revenue reporting while supporting the company's financial operations. This role provides control and oversight across the order-to-cash process, enabling informed business decisions and efficient revenue management.

As the Senior Revenue Accountant, you will manage revenue recognition and billing operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, support month-end close activities, and assist with system implementations, audits, and process improvements. You'll act as a key partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations, helping build scalable and reliable financial processes.

Perform month-end close tasks and SOX controls related to contracts, revenue recognition.

Review both standard and non-standard contracts for streamlined operations and compliance with ASC 606.

Help build and scale the Revenue recognition processes.

Utilizing automation, develop and maintain solid processes to achieve outstanding billing quality.

Resolve billing discrepancies, including working with appropriate DOOR teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Accounts Receivable for resolution.

Generate reports for customers and internal teams as needed.

Ad-hoc, special projects, and other requests as needed.

3+ years of experience in Public Accounting, CPA preferred.

Experience in order-to-cash functions (Order Management, Billing, Collections).

Understanding of ASC 606 revenue principles.

Innovative always looking for ways to improve accuracy, processes, and productivity.

Advanced skills with excel and reporting from core systems (eg. Salesforce, NetSuite).

Highly motivated with a strong desire to drive business impact.

Self-starter with a curious mindset; analytical and detail-oriented.

Willingness to learn and work independently and in a team.

This role will be hybrid (3-4 days a week in office).
