Scrum Master II

A company is looking for a Scrum Master II.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective team engagement

Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and define backlog items

Coach Agile teams on SAFe principles and Scrum best practices

Required Qualifications

B.S. in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required; SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Advanced Certified Scrum Master (ACSM) preferred

5+ years of experience leading Agile teams, with 2+ years as a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment

Experience with Agile lifecycle management tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps

Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
