Hybrid | Basking Ridge, NJ (1 day / week onsite, more during training)

6-Month Contract | Temp-to-Hire Potential

Pay : Up to $42 / hr (Higher if converted to perm)

We're on the lookout for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud pro to join our team! If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have hands-on experience with SFMC modules like Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder, this role is for you.

What You'll Do :

Administer and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud, managing user roles and permissions

Build and optimize campaigns using SFMC tools and automation workflows

Manage data extensions, segmentation strategies, and ensure compliance with GDPR / CAN-SPAM

Collaborate across IT, CRM, and marketing teams to support integrations and campaign execution

Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and contribute to reporting and analytics

What We're Looking For :

Degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms.

Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, automation, and personalization strategies.

Knowledge of SQL, AMPscript, and data management within SFMC.

Strong skills in SQL, AMPscript, HTML / CSS, and data management

Bonus : SFMC certifications (Email Specialist, Administrator, Consultant)

Candidates must live within 20-40 minutes of Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 for hybrid work setup.
