We're looking for a Restoration Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at coordinating teams, and knows how to keep projects on track from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Manage restoration projects (water, fire, mold) from initial assessment to final walkthrough.
  • Build and maintain project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
  • Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  • Monitor job progress, quality control, and crew performance.
  • Handle documentation including estimates, change orders, and job costing.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of project management experience in restoration or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of restoration processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and teams.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bonus : Familiarity with estimating software & IICRC certifications.

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00 / hr.
