Responsibilities :

• Coordinates incoming and outgoing order processing and documentation, including generating delivery / shipping documents.
• Liaises with internal and external transport companies / departments for timely in-coming / out-going shipments.
• Ensures prompt and accurate declaration of permits and prompt delivery and clearance of shipments.
• Investigates all non-conformance actions and recommends corrective actions.
• Receives and checks inbound material accurately and timely.
