What You'll Do :

Diagnose& Repair : Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles, from routine maintenance to complex mechanical issues.

  • Customer Service : Provide clear, honest communication with customers, explaining issues and recommended repairs in a way they understand.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

    • Maintain Standards : Adhere to all safety guidelines and keep the work area clean and organized.

    What We're Looking For :

    Experience : Minimum of 5 years as an Auto Technician / Mechanic, with a strong understanding of automotive systems and repair techniques.

  • Certifications : ASE certification is a plus, but not required. Willingness to pursue certification is essential.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software, with the ability to troubleshoot a wide range of vehicle issues.
  • Attention to Detail : High standards for quality work and a commitment to getting the job done right the first time.

    • Team Player : Ability to work well in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
