This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity.

• Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 8a-6p. Friday, 8a-12p.
• Job Setting : Federally Qualified Health Center
• Types of Cases : Standard outpatient
• Credentialing Timeframe : 2 weeks
• Active Florida state license and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification required
• Board certification in Family Medicine required
