Job Summary : We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' facilities. Key Responsibilities : - Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any potential issues or maintenance needs - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, lubricating machinery, and repairing or replacing broken parts - Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine the best course of action for repairs - Collaborate with other team members to complete larger maintenance projects - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and report any major issues to management - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times - Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment and notify management when replacements are needed - Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner - Continuously seek ways to improve maintenance processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs Qualifications : - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting - Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Work for Us : At Xecutive Recruitment Inc, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
