Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking experienced and patient-focused Registered Nurses for a full-time night shift (6am-6pm) opportunity at a correctional facility in Houston, TX. This position offers a temp-to-hire path with competitive pay and benefits.

Schedule : 6 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM, rotating weekends

Pay Rate :  Starting at $50.00 per hour

Position Overview :

As a Correctional Facility RN, you will deliver direct, high-quality care to an incarcerated population. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate, timely treatment while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities Include :

Coordinate and administer medications, treatments, and patient care

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams on care plans

Provide emergency response and triage care as needed

Perform vital sign checks, wound care, and specimen collection

Document all patient interactions clearly and accurately

Educate inmates on health maintenance and discharge planning

Maintain ethical and professional conduct at all times

Qualifications :

At least 1 year of Registered Nurse (RN) experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting - Required .

Texas RN License - Active and in good standing

BLS or ACLS Certification - Required
