Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and organized Content & Social Coordinator to join our team. The Content & Social Coordinator will play a critical role in overseeing and executing content strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency, and enhancing audience engagement. This role combines social media management, copywriting, and administrative support for media relations, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include :

• Overseeing social media management for the H-D Museum social channels (@hdmuseum) and collaborating closely with other platforms, H-D Milwaukee Experiences channels : @davidsonparkmke, @motorbarrestaurant, and @1903events.
• Sole responsibility overseeing social media calendars, content creative, scheduling / publishing of content on H-D Museum social handles, while providing guidance and oversight of external partners handling social media on our other MKE Experience social channels.
• Monitoring and responding to social comments, messages, and interactions to foster community engagement.
• Designing and executing email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and event announcements. Writing compelling and engaging copy for email content and monitoring email performance metrics, working with the HDMC digital team on creation and deployment of emails pertaining to H-D Museum & MKE Experiences.
• Writing and publishing engaging content articles on our website and regularly updating event and program information online to ensure timely and accurate promotion of upcoming activities and initiatives.
• Ongoing copywriting and proofreading support across all content channels, including website content, email campaigns, and other marketing materials; ensures content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and objectives.
• Collaborating with internal teams to identify new content & storytelling opportunities.
• Assisting with coordination needed to host journalists, media, and influencers, including helping with media logistics, itineraries, and communications.
• Coordinating updates and creative content for campus signage to ensure alignment with current promotions, events, and brand messaging across H-D Museum and MKE Experiences.
• Administrative support compiling and generating reports on key department metrics, including but not limited to social media analytics and earned media performance. Use insights to guide future content creation.

Education Requirements

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
