Seeking a OTR or Occupational Therapist to cover therapy services at Lenox on the Lake, Lauderhill, FL 33319 to provide treatment in an assisted living community : Make your own schedule.

$100 / Evaluation

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Evaluates and treats patients in an Assisted Living Community
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral / Masters / Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy ,

Education and / or Experience : New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists

Actively Licensed as a VA Occupational Therapist.

Job Type :

PRN

Compensation : $100 / eval / $14 per unit

Hospice visit rates : $120 / eval and $20 per unit (capped at 4 units)
