This fully remote physician role is central to supporting patient onboarding and ongoing care through virtual visits. You'll conduct clinical assessments, manage medications, collaborate with a team of advanced practice providers, and help optimize internal tools and protocols for care delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual initial evaluations for patient onboarding using clinical guidelines
• Manage medications and treatment plans via a proprietary digital platform
• Monitor patient symptoms and make timely clinical interventions
• Collaborate with and supervise Advanced Practice Providers (NPs and PAs)
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding medications or care plans
• Contribute clinical feedback to improve tools, workflows, and systems
• Participate in twice-yearly travel for chart reviews
• Serve in a rotating on-call schedule as needed
