Job Description
Client is seeking a Workforce Software Techno-Functional Consultant.
Must have skill(s) :
Workforce Software techno functional resource, Configuration experience, Time, and attendance, (PT101 highly desirable)
Requirements
- Strong understanding of workforce management principles-time, attendance, scheduling, etc.
- Proficiency with configuration tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, JavaScript).
- Experience with web service integration technologies (SOAP, REST) is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- System Configuration : Set up and customize Workforce Software modules for timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and payroll based on client requirements.
- Client : Work with clients to understand their specific workforce management needs, challenges, and business processes.
- Integration Development : Create and maintain interfaces to connect Workforce Software with other client systems, often using tools like Python, SQL, and web services.
- Troubleshooting : Resolve complex technical and configuration issues that arise after implementation.
