Ideal Candidate :

4+ years' experience in a business development or sales role

Bachelor's Degree in business or a construction related field

Experience working with construction companies in the area is preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to locate and build new relationships

Good negotiating skills in order to close new business opportunities

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Sponsorship is not available for this position at this time)
