Why This Role Is Mission-Critical You'll own the day-to-day reality of our Warrenville plantthe heart of GEB's biofuel feedstock production. From production throughput to equipment uptime, from team leadership to continuous improvement, you will be the operations quarterback. The CEO sets the vision. You make it happen. If you're energized by transformation, complexity, and getting your hands dirty while building structure, this is your role.

What You'll Do

• Lead all plant operations across production, maintenance, safety, and logistics.
• Drive execution of SQDC : Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Serve as a key member of the executive team, providing insight into plant performance and operational strategy.
• Manage plant P&L, optimize throughput, reduce waste, and ensure plant-level KPIs are met or exceeded.
