Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a program-level Jira instance for the Client Portfolio Management Office (CPMO)
Document executive reporting requirements and create Jira dashboards for leadership needs
Lead organizational design efforts to adopt Jira governance standards and perform routine audits
Required Qualifications
Significant experience in setting up Jira projects and dashboards
Project management experience optimizing business and project-level processes
Expert-level experience with Kanban boards and team management
Experience with VA / VHA or health organizations, including EHR platform management
10 years of experience with Jira and Confluence certifications
