ROLE

Outcome #1 : Own our design strategy, in partnership with our Head of Product and CEO. (build the right thing)

• Frame key design questions, decide an approach, and build a roadmap that works with our overall product strategy.
• Continue to improve our core product through customer discovery, domain expertise, user feedback, and analytics.

Outcome #2 : Champion our core values and our design philosophy. (build it right)

Outcome #3 : Execute our design strategy in partnership with our Head of Product and Head of Engineering(build it fast)

Outcome #4 : Build and lead a high-performing design organization. (run the team)
