A non-profit is a Learning Management System (LMS) Tech Assistant to assist LMS department with training, maintenance support, data audits, system records and administrative support of content delivery. On site. Starts off part-time and could lead to more hours.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support maintenance of the central repository.
- Preform data audits to ensure catalog accuracy and system records.
- Assist with configuration and management of courses and learning plans including proper tagging, assignment, validity, and accessibility.
- Assist in enterprise setup and rollout.
- Assist in creation of quick reference guides and job aids for learners and power users.
- Collaborate to improve user experience and operations.
- Provide administrative support for content delivery, notification, and other LMS processes.
Requirements :
Experience with a Learning Management System or Learning Experience Platform including configuration and training content management. (Docebo experience is a plus)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.Basic knowledge of training content formats (SCORM, xAPI, AICC, etc.).Ability to create clear and effective job aids, instructions, or process documentation.
