Job Title : Plumbing Installer

JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary / Objective : The Lead Install Technician is expected to facilitate all aspects of a given installation with little supervision. Customer communication, set up, install and clean up responsibilities. Working with one or more assistants you are required to oversee all aspects of the jobsite. If difficulties arise, they are expected to inform their Field Manager while at the same time offering up solutions to keep installations as efficient as possible and within budget while providing the customer with a high quality experience.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work : This is a full time position, and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Required Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum of 4 years residential install experience
- Must pass drug and background screens
- Valid driver’s license and insurable through company insurance carrier
- Valid Ilinois State Plumbing License
- Able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
- Possess tools necessary to perform work at Install Level 4
- Ability to work with tools used in the job in a safe manner

Must be able to perform all duties of a Level 1 – 3 InstallerMaintain professional appearance and attitude always.Maintains required levels of truck stock itemsLearn and properly recite company Mission, Vision and Value statements.Utilize all safety precautions and wear appropriate safety equipment at all timesClean truck as needed, including exterior washing and interior cleanings. Vehicles should be kept free of trash, debris, unused food and drink. Vehicle interior should be swept free from excess dirt. Vehicle interior compartments should hold all tools and equipment, keeping floor area free from falling and / or rolling itemsOperate company vehicle following all safety standards and applicable lawsProperly use all tools and ladders in a safe mannerFollow instructions from supervisor in a timely mannerImmediately report any problems with company tools or vehicles to the officeWork well with customers, co-workers and other subcontractorsProperly prepare the job site using drop cloths, moving furniture or obstructions and prepare surface areas using floor protectorsClean job site. Job site should be picked up and left in a condition better or equivalent to that as when we arrived. This includes moving all trash and debris, sweeping or vacuuming the site, removing all tools, parts and equipment.Properly remove all excess plumbing material from the job siteProperly support all waste vent, gas, and water piping systems per codeProperly remove all unused fixtures and materials from jobsitePick up parts, supplies and equipment from distributors in company vehicle as needed or requiredAbility to read and understand blueprintsOverall understanding of Illinois Plumbing CodeComplete installation of plumbing projectsKnowledge and ability to set and reconnect all plumbing fixturesComplete necessary paperwork to support invoices, estimates, orders, inventory, timecards and other information provided to customers, coworkers and supervisors as neededProficient in installing all plumbing fixtures and systemsProficient in laying out all plumbing systemsMust be able to communicate ideas to supervisors and homeownersCan work on standard plumbing projects unassisted and unsupervisedProperly connect plumbing fixtures per codeCheck out materials on inventory listing from warehouseAbility to fill out return paperwork for excess project materials and return to warehouse managerUse and perform workflow process on service software through mobile deviceObtain positive customer Google reviewsCompetencies :
