• Work Monday through Friday shifts either 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM or 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
• Work approximately 32-40 hours per week
• Weekend and weeknight call rotation required with 30-minute response time to hospital
• Must hold Wisconsin RN license or multi-state RN license
• Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, and PALS (must be American Heart Association)
• Minimum 3 years recent OR RN experience in hospital setting required
• Experience with general surgery, DaVinci robotic surgery, orthopedics, robotic knee replacement, trauma, and neurosurgery preferred
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in operating room patient care
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, ORTs, and other personnel
• Responsibilities include scheduling cases, ensuring supplies, case timeliness, family communication, updating physician preference cards, scrubbing and circulating surgical cases
• Supervise personnel delivering patient care according to State Nurse Practice Act, AORN standards, and hospital policies Facility : This regional medical center provides comprehensive surgical services with state-of-the-art operating room facilities.
