Operations Manager

A company is looking for an Operations Manager, Systems Strategy & Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Build scalable systems to allocate labor, track OEE, and schedule orders through system logic

Implement strategies to ensure on-time delivery of all orders

Partner with Product and Data teams to define system requirements and enhance architecture

Required Qualifications

6+ years in operations, manufacturing, or systems-focused roles

Experience in program / project management with cross-functional system rollouts

Proven ability to design and implement scalable systems (ERP / MES, scheduling, resource allocation)

Data-driven with experience using SQL, Looker, or similar tools

Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and ability to navigate ambiguity
