Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Engineering to lead their team and oversee IT architecture and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement long-term architecture software strategies aligned with company objectives

Manage internal stakeholders and evaluate staff performance for professional development

Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements in collaboration with key personnel

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

4+ years of data engineering / IT / Project Management experience, including 2 years in management

2+ years leading projects using Project Management methodologies

2+ years of hands-on experience in software development and database management

Experience with data integration / ETL tools like Hadoop and Spark
