Position : ALLIED-Certified Cath Lab Tech (Travel / Contract)

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the cath lab.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.

Maintain and troubleshoot cath lab equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

Monitor patient vital signs during procedures and report changes.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for patient care.

Document patient information and procedures accurately and timely.

Engage in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and goals.

Assist in the preparation and cleanup of the cath lab environment.

Utilize data to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

Support the onboarding and training of new staff members.

Experience / Qualifications

Must possess a valid ALLIED certification as a Cath Lab Technician.

Experience in performing diagnostic and therapeutic cath lab procedures.

Strong collaboration skills to work with physicians and healthcare teams.

Familiarity with safety protocols and infection control measures in healthcare.

Strong commitment to ongoing training and professional development.

Proficient in monitoring patient vital signs and reporting changes accurately.

Experience in documenting patient information and procedures in a timely manner.

Ability to troubleshoot and maintain cath lab equipment effectively.

Ability to engage in performance discussions and set improvement goals.

Willingness to assist in training and onboarding new staff members.
