Job Description

As an Experienced Tax Relief Closer at Amity One Tax, you will be instrumental in driving our tax relief sales process and converting leads into satisfied clients. With a minimum of one year of experience in a closing role, you will utilize your expertise to close deals, address client concerns, and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client. Your goal is to achieve or exceed sales targets while providing top-notch service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of calls daily and maximize opportunities to meet or exceed sales goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand clients’ tax issues and provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate terms and conditions effectively to close deals.
Work closely with the sales and tax advisory teams to optimize sales strategies and client solutions.
Track and report on sales performance and client feedback to improve processes.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a closing role, preferably in the tax relief or financial services industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of tax relief services and solutions.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.

Outstanding telephone etiquette skills.

Proficient computer skills.

Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Compensation :

Hourly + Commission! (Pay structure provides a safety net and also motivates you to achieve more.)

Opportunity for daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses.

Commission is uncapped.
