Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager will lead the delivery of strategic initiatives within our mobile product roadmap. This role is responsible for managing complex, enterprise-wide programs composed of multiple interrelated projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and program governance expertise.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide programs consisting of multiple projects.
• Aligning program delivery with broader strategic goals and organizational priorities.
• Managing multiple projects and orchestrating results to achieve overarching program objectives.
• Ensuring governance controls are implemented and maintained throughout the program lifecycle.
• Developing and managing program schedules from inception through delivery.
• Defining and reporting on program roadmap, status, development issues, and success metrics.
• Identifying and monitoring areas of risk across projects and programs.
• Coordinating interdependencies between projects and optimizing resource utilization.
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve cost efficiency, performance, and delivery timelines.
• Facilitating communication and coordination across project teams and stakeholders.
• Managing stakeholder engagement and ensuring satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle.
• Maintaining awareness of industry trends, business conditions, and internal processes that impact program outcomes.
