Overview
Community Associations seeking an administrative professional in the Schaumburg and Hoffman Estates area. This role supports property inspections, provides customer service to unit owners, assists management and office leadership, and handles day-to-day administrative activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide property inspections and monitor landscape and natural area maintenance as needed.
- Deliver professional customer service to unit owners, residents, board members, vendors, and coworkers.
- Support the manager and office leadership; handle day-to-day administrative activities including answering phones, typing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Grant vendors access and monitor their progress as required.
