Location : Danville, IL | Hybrid (after initial training, 6 months in office before going hybrid) Salary Range : $55,000$65,000 annually Schedule : MondayFriday | 8 : 00 a.m. 4 : 30 p.m. CST

Who We're Looking For

We're not looking for someone to simply fill requisitions we're looking for a strategic recruiting partner who thrives on owning their territory and making a measurable impact. In this role, you'll manage recruiting for approximately 11 branches and teams each with its own unique culture, priorities, and hiring challenges. You'll juggle competing priorities, navigate multiple time zones, and immerse yourself in understanding each location's market, team dynamics, and long-term talent needs.
