DevOps / AI Ops Administrator

Title : Sr. Technical Project / Program Manager P3 (enterprise media technology)

Location : New York (On-Site)

Duration : 12+ month contract

Compensation : $80-91 / hr.

A Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) within Production Platforms reports to the PMO while partnering with the engineering manager; our TPMs play a critical role in structuring and executing impactful cross-org initiatives. You will have the opportunity to refine our processes around delivery while building a sense of community and engagement within our talented group of engineers.

TPMs have a high degree of technical literacy and a desire to learn more, both within their teams & product space and across the department and division. You should bring a passion for coaching, collaboration, and team building to help evolve and optimize process and product delivery.

You will also :

• Enhance stakeholder relationships, understanding, and dialogue.
• Enhance team throughput by removing roadblocks and leveraging organizational resources while helping to drive teams towards commitments.
• Foster cross-team coordination and communication.
• Assist with estimation and planning of team resourcing, in conjunction with the engineering team manager.
• Identify, maintain, and visualize metrics to guide the project lifecycle.
• Lead agile ceremonies for one to two teams of engineers.
• Develop fundamental technical skills.
