Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Leader to manage and mentor a team of engineers while collaborating on product development and execution. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-performance technical solutions and meet project milestones Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product roadmaps and initiatives Manage team performance, career growth, and recruitment processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in software engineering, computer science, or a related field 5+ years of experience in back-end software development, preferably with Ruby on Rails 3+ years of experience in team management Extensive experience in developing and integrating large-scale web applications Familiarity with software engineering best practices and proficiency with AWS services is a plus
