As a Contracts Manager - Manager Level 2 (Mid-Level Manager) , located in Dulles, VA you'll supervise a team of three (3) direct reports and directly support a portfolio in the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Operating Unit.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept :
Review, negotiate, manage and closeout the contract process
Provide advice and counsel to senior leadership on contractual risks and obligations along with interpreting terms and conditions
Oversee strategy, coordination, pricing, approval, submittal and negotiation of proposals
Other duties as assigned
Your Expertise - Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of professional experience – OR – Master's degree with 6+ years of professional experience
Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Leadership experience
Government contracting experience that includes FAR / DFAR
Experience with MS Office Suite
Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval / access

Salary Range : $129,300 - $193,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
