The Regional Driver Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing a team of regional commercial drivers to ensure safe, timely, and efficient transportation operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the complexity of transportation compliance, and excels at coaching, planning, and problem-solving.
The Super-Sod Regional Driver Manager will oversee and direct the work performed by regional commercial Drivers to ensure timely, safe, and efficient logistics operations.

Supervisory Responsibility
This is a managerial role which requires the direct and effective oversight of the Hauling team including hiring, corrective action, performance improvement, and termination. Must demonstrate excellent time management, coordination, and self-management skills.
Work Environment
This job operates primarily in a professional retail or administrative office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, e-filing systems, and fax machines. The employee will be expected to work outside in all weather conditions and must have suitable clothing. They must have the ability and willingness to work in adverse conditions, not just including extreme weather but enclosed spaces. The employee will be expected to work around and with machinery that distributes loud noises and exhaust. Personal Protective gear is provided by the employer. This position may require handling and operating heavy equipment which may introduce a high risk to slips, trips and falls.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. While this position is primarily sedentary, the employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift products and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to get in and out of commercial trucks to perform inspection. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, expected to work 45 hours per week. Days and hours can change at the discretion of the Logistics Director; though typical hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some weekend hours will be necessary, typically in our busier harvesting season (typically March-August from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.).
Travel
This position requires up to 20% travel time.
Required Education and Experience

Base Salary Range :
$59,000 – $68,000 annually (based on experience managing DOT-regulated drivers, team size, and region complexity)
Additional Compensation :
Eligible for an annual bonus equal to 10% of base salary.
Driver safety performance (accident / injury rates, compliance scores)
Total Compensation Potential :
$65,000 – $75,000 annually (base + full bonus)
Regional Driver Managers Pay Range
$65,000—$75,000 USD
