Permanent or Long-Term Hem / Onc Provider in beautiful Southern Washington Location : Walla Walla, WA Start date : ASAP End date : Ongoing Setting : Clinic / Hospital Outpatient / Inpatient Schedule / Coverage : Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Call : 1 : 2 clinic, hospital / ER nights & weekends; also open 5 a 4 day work week - Tuesday - Friday Caseload : 98% in clinic, 2% in hospital; 100% Oncology; 15 patients per day Salary : Permanent - Base, without bonus = $520,000; Potential = $600,000 - Base value based compensation CMEs - Cover 5 days per year from discretionary fund @ $5500 annually Relocation Assistance - $15,000 Member Association Fees - covered Malpractice Insurance w / Tail - covered Sign on Bonus - $50,000 Loan Repayment - Qualifies for PSLF Bonus & Incentives - Retention $20,000 for 5 years = $100,000 total Locum Tenens Give me your best / going rate Credentialing / Privileges Timeframe : 60 days Requirements : Board Certified Active, Unrestricted License in Washington or attain WA license; IMLC Accepted Clean DEA / Malpractice / NPDB (no current suits, unresolved cases or large payouts in past 7 years) Willingness to relocate
