Job Summary

Rainone, Coughlin, Minchello, LLC, is seeking to hire a litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience to join the firm's Iselin office. Areas of concentration include all facets of municipal and government law including but not limited to litigation, redevelopment law and labor law.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions and briefs to be filed in State Court and Federal Court.
• Appear in Court to argue motions, participate in arbitrations, mediations, conferences and trials, if necessary.
• Take depositions of parties, witnesses, medical experts and liability experts;
• Be responsible for serving discovery and filing relevant motions.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on case status and gather necessary information.
• Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations relevant to ongoing cases.
