We are excited to announce that Woodfield is hiring Class A OTR Team Drivers with Secret Clearance. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to embark on a rewarding driving career.

Job Highlights :

  • Drive a state-of-the-art 2025 Freightliner with upgraded interiors.

  • Enjoy a generous $2000 sign-on bonus per driver after 90 days of employment.

Position Benefits :

  • Guaranteed minimum pay of $2k per driver based on availability or percentage pay, whichever is greater (including line haul and driver accessorial).
  • Receive $1,000 for referring new drivers.
  • Participate in our paid 2-day orientation, held weekly.
  • Travel in comfort with rental cars or private hotel rooms during orientation.
  • Weekly pay via Direct Deposit.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Company-Paid Life Insurance.
  • 401k plan available after 6 months of employment.

  • Get home every 10-14 days on average, depending on your home location.

    • Hiring Requirements :

  • Must possess a CLASS A CDL with Regional or OTR experience.
  • Require 2 years of verifiable recent and consistent driving experience.
  • Applicants must be 23 years or older.
  • Experience with DoD logistics is a plus.
  • Must have a Twic card and Hazmat endorsement.
  • Security Clearance is required. Drivers who are in the process of obtaining clearance may also apply.
