Global SOX Compliance Specialist

A company is looking for a Global ICFR and SOX Specialist Non IT.

Key Responsibilities

Support and execute all aspects of the SOX / ICFR Program and compliance activities

Review and perform tests of design and operating effectiveness, leading business process walkthroughs

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the SOX / ICFR program is executed according to the project plan

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with CPA or equivalent preferred

4-5 years of experience in auditing internal controls over financial reporting

Fluency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written)

Strong understanding of internal controls, IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and COSO

Proven ability to manage client requests and deliver results under tight deadlines
